The Delheim Winery owned and run by the Sperling winery radiates all that is wonderful about a really great winery. Ranked amongst the top Stellenbosch wineries, the philosophy at this estate is unquestionably the pursuit of excellence. This is a wonderful, intense unoaked Sauvignon Blanc packed with green fruit flavours, balanced out by some riper tropical flavours. A real sensation and sadly less than 2,000 cases of this wine is made each year (Irish Allocation 300 cases).
