Made fromm 100% Garganega which is rapidly gaining fame as one of Italy's most exciting white grapes. Pronouced floral nose with aromas of elder and peach and a hint of honey. A lush, vibrantly fruity palate laden with ripe peachy flavours and with that warm honeyed quality really showing through. A wine with excellent acidic balance that will compliment white meat and many fish dishes, try with Trout and baked almonds.
