O'Briens' Delivery Service

Orders of €60 or more will be delivered free of charge. All other orders will have a flat delivery charge of €7.99 applied. Any delivery charge applied will be clearly displayed at the point of payment.

Delivery Service

O’Briens offer a nationwide delivery service. Orders to addresses outside of the Republic of Ireland cannot be
fulfilled. We use a combination of our own van fleet & independent courier services to deliver your order, typically
within 2-3 business days of you placing it. Alternatively you can opt to collect your order from your local O’Briens
store. This service is free but please bear in mind that the order will be sent to your local store from our warehouse
and will take 2-3 days from the time of order for the goods to be available for collection.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) of you placing the order. When you place an order you will receive an initial email from us confirming receipt of your order. As soon as your
order has been picked and is ready for dispatch you will receive a second confirmation email. Orders awaiting
dispatch are collected daily and are typically delivered on the next working day for most addresses in Ireland.

Multi-Drop Delivery

If you want to place identical orders to go to more than one recipient, you don’t want to start from scratch for each delivery. That's where our multi-drop system comes in. O’Briens offer the convenient service of allowing you to add all the goods you would like to send as gifts to your basket. When checking out you can select to send to multiple recipients and then divide the goods out among the people you wish to send them to. You can enter a personalised gift card for each recipient and if you’ve signed up for our Loyalty Card, you’ll earn points on the whole order!
