White Wine

Temperature has a great effect on how a wine tastes. A domestic fridge chills wine from 20º to 10º C in 2 hrs, ice & water has the same effect after 10 to 15 mins. The ideal serving temp for most whites is 6º-10º C, for more complex dry whites, keep them at 12º-16ºC.
