The O’Briens Loyalty Club is an opportunity for O’Briens Customers to avail of additional promotional offers, invitations to events, courses and regular updates on whats happening at O’Briens.
1. Be rewarded every time you shop with us:
Loyalty Card holders receive points back on all wines (including sparkling), beers and spirits purchased in O’Briens. Points can be used to make in store purchases and when used in this manner; each point earned is worth one cent (€0.01). Save 500 points or more and you can use the value on your card against any in-store purchase – just like a gift card.
You earn a point for every Euro you spend on spirits (1% back), double points for every Euro spent on beer (2% back) and triple points for every Euro spent on wine and champagne (3% back). Spend €50 on wine and you have 150 points, equivalent to €1.50 credited to your card.
2. Stay on the inside track:
As a member of our Loyalty Programme you can also choose to receive our email newsletter that will bring you the latest news from the world of wine, beer and spirits and give you advance notice of any special offers and events at O’Briens. You can opt in or out of this communication at any time via your online account.
3. Additional exclusive benefits:
From time to time throughout the year, as our way of saying thank you, Loyalty Programme members will receive additional discounts or offers not available to anyone else. It’s the least we can do to thank you for your repeated custom!
How do I join the Loyalty Programme?
You can join by picking up a Loyalty Card in any of our stores. You have the option of registering your card online or by filling out the form and handing it to any member of staff. If you already have an online account and wish to associate a Loyalty Card with your account, please pick up a card in any of our stores, log in to your online account and follow the links to add your Loyalty Card to your account. Please note that only one Loyalty Card can be associated per account.
How do I spend my Loyalty Points?
Once you have accumulated 500 points (or €5) you can redeem them against any purchase made in O'Briens. Simply produce your loyalty card at the point of purchase in the same way you would a credit card or gift card and the points on the card will be deducted from the transaction total.
Points cannot be redeemed without your loyalty card.
How do I access my account once I have joined?
Customers who registered online:
To access your account just click on the ACCOUNT / REGISTER button at the top of the screen and enter the email address and password you provided when you created your account. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to your Account page.
Customers who registered in store:
If you provided us with an email address when you registered then we automatically created an online account for you and sent you an email with your username and password. To access your account just click on the ACCOUNT / REGISTER button at the top of the screen and enter your registered email and password.
Forgotten your password?
No problem, just use the forgotten password option on the Login page to receive your password via your registered email address.
Didn’t give us an email address when you registered? Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, Loyalty Card number and postal address and we’ll create an online account for you.
How do I check my Points Balance?
You can check your points balance online in the Account section once logged in, or in any of our stores nationwide.
1. Checking your balance online:
Follow the instructions above to access your account online. Your points balance is available on your account page. Remember that it can take up to 24 hours for this balance to reflect all transactions.
2. Checking your balance in store:
Call into any of our stores with your Loyalty Card where we’ll be more than happy to confirm your points balance for you.
After your account has been registered it can take up to 24 hours for your points balance to be reflected on your account.
How do I change my Registered Details?
Registered details such as email address, postal address or contact phone numbers can be updated in your account page. To access these details just follow the instructions above on accessing your account. If you registered in store and did not provide us an email address then you can send an email to email@example.com with your card number and the details you wish to change.
How do I report my card Lost or Stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen you can report it in any of our stores nationwide or by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, registered postal address and your Loyalty Card number if you have kept a record of it. You can pick up a new card in any of our stores and fill out the form indicating that it is a replacement card. We’ll transfer the points from your old card within 15 working days to your new account.
Please note that we are unable to re-issue or transfer the balance on a lost or stolen Loyalty Card if it has not been registered.
