Château Belles Eaux
Château Belles Eaux
Languedoc, France

Family-owned Château Belles Eaux is a 78 hectare estate. Situated in Languedoc in the South of France, it borders the Mediterranean Sea between the Pyrenees and the Rhône.

The climate is Mediterranean with mild winters and warm, dry summers – perfect for growing the native grapes of this region; Syrah, Grenache , Mourvèdre and Carignan.

The “Mas” and its vaulted cellar was built in the 17th century but a new winery and cellar for cask ageing has been added. These modern facilities, reduced harvest yields and a bespoke winemaking process (long, gentle maceration), Château Belles Eaux wines continue to evolve.

The region is particularly fortunate with the diversity and variety of its soils and the wines are powerful, well-structured and rich in fruit and aromatic complexity.
