Description

Third generation Burgundian winemaker, Antoine Olivier focuses on the development of ancient terroirs, specifically the renowned Santenay vineyards where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reign supreme. This family estate practises sustainable farming and the white wines are fermented in barrel, with the relationship between the oak and the Chardonnay subtle and judicious.

A Santenay of astounding quality, with intriguing light smoky, nutty aromas and a peachy fruit and citrus finish.
