First up, a new gin from Ireland’s oldest gin still. First commissioned in 1958, Mickey’s Belly still, is the heart of gin production in Irish Distillers’ micro distillery in Midleton. This gin is distilled with a total of 16 different botanicals. Besides juniper, the key botanicals are black lemons and Irish gorse flowers. Rather confusingly black lemon is actually a lime, one that has been sun dried, intensifying its flavour and creating punchy and pungent citrus tones.
The resulting gin is beautifully balanced with smooth citrus followed with earthy floral notes before rounding out with spice. Perfect serve is with a classic style tonic garnished with a lemon wedge.

This new release is the perfect gin to soak up some sun with. Tanqueray Sevilla takes the classic Tanqueray botanicals, adding Sevilla orange essences for a zesty Mediterranean twist. Zesty and delicate orange blossom with bittersweet elements balanced the spicy complexity of Tanqueray, what could be better!
Best served with a premium tonic and a wedge of orange. It also works great in a Negroni.

Described as a home-grown, Italian gin made from signature ingredients from the hills of Piemonte. This gin is triple Distilled from grape must of the local Moscato varietal, infused with Tuscan juniper along with locally sourced botanicals such as fresh mint and thyme, distilled within hour of harvesting.
Try this in a spritz. Take plenty of ice and add 1 part gin, 1 part soda water and 4 parts Prosecco. Add a dash of sugar syrup to sweeten and garnish with herbs and/or grapes for a superb summer long drink.
