Insight Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Now € 14.79 Save 20%. A single vineyard masterpiece, the 2014 Insight is sensational, winemaker Eveline Frasier (ex-Cloudy Bay) has crafted an incredibly intense, vibrant Sauvignon. This is what great Marlborough is all about - Amazing levels of intense fruit and a level of minerality that would not be out of place in Sancerre, this is not only different to most rival Marlborough Sauvignons but is miles better! Owner Fleur thinks this wine works perfectly with Asian spiced mussels, try it and you will see that she has come up with a perfect pairing.

Whitehaven Greg Label Sauvignon Blanc 2014 Now € 16.39 Save 20%. This is Whitehaven's Super Premium Sauvignon Blanc created in memory of the estate's founder Greg White. Richer and more complex than the regular Whitehaven, We believe this cuvée to be a sensational Sauvignon. Hugely expressive aromas bursting with cool fruit and mouth-tingling minerality puts this wine right up there with Cloudy Bay! If ever there was a wine to serve with a Thai green curry, this is it.

Astrolabe Pinot Noir 2010 Now € 20.39 Save 20%. Now that his vines have reached full maturity, acclaimed winemaker Simon Waghorn is fashioning superb, almost Burgundian Pinot Noir. These are wines that really show off the magic of great Pinot, fragrant, complex and with a purity of ripe wild berry fruit and a wonderfully elegant structure. Serve this alongside a pan-fried duck breast for a match made in heaven.

Bethany Cabernet/Merlot 2011, Now € 12.99 Save 40%.Geoff Schrapel has been titled the 'Baron of the Barossa'. All his wines are ambassadors to the premium region of the Barossa Valley. True to this region his wines are rich and flavour packed and this one is no exception. Silky-smooth withluscious ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. Delicious when paired with grilled lamb cutlets.

Also included in the sale line-up we have 30% off the entire Torbreck range of wines.

Torbreck are one of Australia’s most highly regarded wineries and are a regular recipient of 100 point scores for their top wines.

You don’t have to just take my word for it, I have included below some of Robert Parker’s thoughts on Torbreck.

“An exceptional success story, Torbreck Vintners was founded by David Powell in 1994. A brilliant winemaker as well as knowledgeable viticulturist, Powell sources ancient vineyards and pays top dollar for the finest fruit he can find. The results are modern styled wines of extraordinary precision, intensity, richness, and complexity in all price ranges.”

Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate

*Although founder Dave Powell has now parted ways with Torbreck his quality-focued winemaking ethos lives on at the winery. (all Torbreck wines included in our sale were made while Dave was still at the helm).
