During service, the celebrities get instant feedback in the kitchen to their menu from remote cameras and microphones covering the dining room. So the pressure was on for Lynne to choose wines that would not only match the food but also delight the diners by enhancing their overall experience.

Gaia Assyrtiko Wild FermentSantorini, Greece

“Exotic starter, a hint of sweetness of the crab, beautiful match for this Greek wine grown on the volcanic Island of Santorini. The wine is bone dry so compliments the dish perfectly.” - Director of Wine, Lynne Coyle MW

Zull Lust & Laune Grüner VeltlinerWeinviertel, Austria

“This crisp refreshing Grüner Veltliner is a good balance to both the texture and the flavour of the scallops, the greenness of the wine style a delicate match for the chervil and tarragon.” - Director of Wine, Lynne Coyle MW

Lingenfelder Estate Dornfelder *New Label*Pfalz, Germany

“This indigenous German red grape is refreshing and bright so a good match with the freshness of the lamb rack, it has enough body though to cope with the rosemary and roast potatoes.” - Director of Wine, Lynne Coyle MW

Gérard Bertrand Domaine de VillemajouLanguedoc, France

“Steak with a rich Chasseur sauce calls for a full rich red. Domaine grown, this is a blend of Carignan & Mouvèdre (savoury for the truffle), Syrah (spice for the steak) and Grenache (sweetness for the mushroom sauce).” - Director of Wine, Lynne Coyle MW
