To whet your appetite, I have picked out below just a couple of the winemakers who will be flying in for the weekend.
Tandem is small family owned winery from Navarra who are making some of the most exciting wine in Spain today. Owners, Jose María Friale & Alicia Eyerlar are firm believers in a non-interventionist philosophy in both the vineyard and the cellar. Their wines speak for themselves.
Thibaut Marion took over at Seguin-Manuel in 2004, he is from the tenth generation of a family of Burgundian producers. Following his experience in what was the family business at Maison Chanson he has focused on making elegant, delicate wines from carefully selected vineyard sites.
Peter Saturno and his brother Mark oversee all vineyard and winemaking practices at their property, Longview Vineyard, in the Adelaide Hills. Making wines entirely from their own vineyards, they are true cool climate grape growing champions. Their wines show restraint but have true finesse and depth.
