Make your Valentine's Day celebration a night to remember by trying out these three brilliant cocktail recipes. So, if you are planning a romantic night in, our Spirits Team have picked three crowd-pleasing, easy to make, classic cocktails for you and that special someone to enjoy.



This cocktail has the 3 B's of Valentines - Berries, Bubbles..... Booze - and is perfect to toast the occasion with the significant other in your life.


What You Need:


Gordons Pink Gin - 60ml

Lemon Juice - 30ml

Strawberry Jam - 1 tsp

Romeo & Juliet Prosecco Rosé



1. In a large mixing glass, add the lemon juice and the jam

2. Then add in the Gin, top up with ice, and stire until the outside of the glass is cold.

3. Strain into a tall, Collins style, glass.

4. Top up the glass with Romeo & Juliet Prosecco Rosé and garnish with some freshly cut strawberry.



If you're planning a romantic dinner then this cocktail to have as an apertif and its dead simple to make.

What You Need:


Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin - 30ml

Campari - 30ml

Sweet Vermouth - 30ml


For Garnish -

Orange Peel


1. In a tumbler, add in your equal parts of Gin, Vermouth & Campari.

2. Top up the glass with ice and stir until the outside of the glass is cold to the touch

3. Ganish with Orange Peel

4. Sip and Enjoy!




A sweet, warming, old-school cocktail for all the Whiskey lovers out there



What You Need:


Teeling Small Batch Whiskey - 60ml

Sweet Vermouth - 30ml

Anustora Bitters - 1 Dash


For Garnish -

Maraschino Cherries, (Glacé will do...)

Lemon Peel




1. Add the ingredients over ice, into a mixing glass and stir until the outside of the glass is cold.

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass of your choosing and garnish.
