Château Mont-Redon Châteauneuf du Pape White
This opulent and rich white ChÔteauneuf is just starting on the long road to nuttiness and honey, match with game poultry. First record of the name of the ChÔteau dates back to 1334: 'Mourredon'. The owners today are 4. generation on the ChÔteausince 1923. That year a forefather of the two families acquired the place.Made from 40% Grenache Blanc, 25% Bourboulenc, 20% Clairettes, 10% Rousanne and 5 % Picpoul. Yellow colour with greenish glints. An expressive nose with fresh scents of freshfruit; on the palate, a perfect balance combines with an outstanding fullness which insures, with a lot of f at, a very beautiful end of tasting. In particular the 2006 vintage is a wine which is particularly aromatic with great freshness.
