The vineyards are farmed without chemicals, and the wines are aged in a combination of old and new amphorae, allowing for gentle maturation and authentic expression of the grape and terroir.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTinaha Naranja is made from Verdil, an almost extinct native variety from the Levante region. These vineyards are over 55 years old. Extended skin contact accounts for the colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at around 12 to 14°C, slightly warmer than a white, to let the texture and character come through.
