Dingle Original Gin is made in small batches of 500 litres. The secret combination of flavour elements are macerated in spirit for 24 hours. Then, when the spirit is distilled, it passes through a flavour basket in the neck of the still. This underlines the attention to detail that is an essential part of our whole approach to the art of distillation.
Hendrick's distills in miniscule batches of 450 litres, which gives their master distiller the greatest possible control of her careful artistry. Hendrick's wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits and seeds from the world over. No other gin tastes like Hendrick's because no other gin is made like Hendrick's.
Aroma: A rich oriental spiced gin with a smooth perfume and sharp bursts of citrus. Key notes of cumin and cardamom provide a warm earthy background balanced with the grapefruit peel. Taste: Soft camphor, some sweetness and oriental spices create a warm mouth feel that lingers but does not increase in intensity. Finish: Long length with soft cracked black pepper and spice.
Earthy root botanicals, subtle florals and vivid raspberry notes come together to create a new breed of Gin. The sharp sweetness of Juniper and angelica root meet citrus sharpness of corriander, all lightly graced by floral notes of rosemary and Slieve Bloom mountain water.

It takes just one day to give Beefeater 24 its unique character. For 24 hours the gin's exotic botanicals, which include rare Japanese Sencha tea and aromatic Chinese Green tea, are gently seemed together. The flavour-enriched spirit is then slowly distilled in traditional pot stills to create a distinctive gin that is rich, scented and sensuously smooth.
The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours; three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes. For 12 hours, Citadelle is distilled in a copper pot still with a naked flame. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.
G'Vine Nouaison is batch distilled using a neutral grape spirit and fresh whole-fruit botanicals in France's Cognac region. Using grape as a base, just as the very first historical juniper spirits in France, Belgium and Holland back in the 13th century were crafted, the distillers have achieved a silky taste to this gin.
Gin Mare is a Mediterranean Gin which combines botanicals from various cultures around this region to create an unusual and distinct cahracter. It includes botanicals like Basil from Italy, Thyme from Greece, Romero from Turkey and Citrus from Spain. Base botanicals Juniper coriander and cardamom all grown on the distilleries own farms.
Shortcross is a classical gin style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadow, wild berries and grassy notes. It is a smooth gin with an exceptionally long finish. Apples, elderberries, elderflowers and wild clover are distilled with juniper, coriander, orange and lemon to make this gin.
