Teeling Single Pot Still 70cl

The first release of whiskey distilled at the Teeling distillery. This Single Pot Still is crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted spring barley and 50% malted barley. Triple distilled and matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon barrels.

Nose: Hibiscus flowers, honeycomb, white grape flesh, grapefruit and citrus.
Taste: Lychees, return of white grapes, white pepper with warm, roasted peaches and baked biscuits.
Finish: Dry finish, hints of spice, roasted almonds and maple sugar.

Customer quota applies. Maximum 2 bottles per customer.
