Fleur resuced an unloved sheep farm, recognising the site's inherent high-quality potential due to the varied soil types and the locally specific micro-climate.Â

Today the vineyards are 100% sustainably farmed.
As a committed foodie, Fleur always felt that having a food-friendly range of wines was paramount and her Sauvignon Blanc has to be one of the most versatile coming out of Marlborough today; great with seafood and salads it would also work well with a Thai green chicken curry.
