What is a Hugo Spritz?

The Hugo Spritz (pronounced oo-go) is a bubbly cocktail that started in Northern Italy. It’s similar to an Aperol Spritz, but swaps out the bitter orange flavours for fragrant elderflower. That makes it lighter, a touch sweeter, and perfect for long, sunny evenings.
