1. What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect lets you shop online or through our O’Briens App and to collect your order, at your chosen store, at a time that suits you, with no delivery fee.

2. How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click & Collect is completely free!

3. Do I need to be over 18 to use Click & Collect?

Yes – as we sell alcohol responsibly, all our Click & Collect customers must be over 18 years old and be prepared to show a valid photo ID when collecting (Passport or Drivers Licence).

4. What are your store opening hours?

Our store hours vary by location. You can find up-to-date opening timeshere.

5. How do you place a Click & Collect order?

Just shop online or through our O’Briens App, add items to your basket, and choose"Click & Collect"at checkout. Then select your preferred store for pick up.

6. Can I check item availability before ordering?

Yes, you can check stock levels on our website or App. You will not be able to place an order if the item you select, shows as out of stock online.

7. How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Your order will be ready within 1 hour during store opening hours.

8. How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and a confirmation SMS and email when your order is ready to collect in your selected store. Please wait until you receive your SMS confirming your order is ready to collect, before visiting the store.

9. Where can I collect my order?

When you come in store one of our tills will be a dedicated Click & Collect point - just look for our customer signage when you arrive.

10. What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring your:

  • Order confirmation (printed or on your phone)
  • A valid photo ID (Passport or Driver’s Licence) for age verification.
11. Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes - however, they will also need to show the order confirmation and valid photo ID proving they’re over 18.

12. How long do I have to collect my order?

We’ll hold your order for 5 days from the time it’s ready. If it hasn’t been collected after 48 hours, we’ll send you a reminder SMS. If it’s not collected within 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

13. What happens if I miss the collection window?

If you don’t collect your order within 5 days, it will be cancelled and refunded using your original payment method.

14. Can I change my collection store after placing my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, the collection store can’t be changed. You’ll need to cancel your order and place a new order.

15. Can I add to or change my order after checkout?

Once submitted, you unfortunately cannot change your order.

16. What if an item is out of stock after I place my order?

If something you ordered isn’t available, we’ll contact you to offer a suitable alternative or refund that item.

17. What if the price of an item has changed by the time I collect it?

If the price of any item in your Click & Collect order drops in-store before you collect it – such as during a promotion – we’re happy to honour the lower price.

Here’s how it works:

  • We’ll refund the original item and resell it to you at the new lower price.
  • Refunds must go back to the original payment card – we are unable to offer cash refunds at the till.
  • You’ll get a receipt showing the refund, which will be processed within 5–7 working days.
