O’Briens is also certified and audited as an importer of organic wines.

Description

Since the 1990s Borie has championed biodynamic farming in the Languedoc and owner Michel Escande has devoted his career to producing the best quality organic wines in the region. This is probably the softest and most approachable of the Borie reds.

Tasting Note

It has all the rich ripe dark berried fruit expected from this winery alongside the typical black olive tapenade, spices and tobacco flavours of Minervois.
