Outrageously rich, spectacular stuff, the likes of which only Aussies seem capable of making.ø Robert Parker

In the vineyard

Fermentation and maturation takes place in new and used French and old American oak barriques. The barrel ferments are aged on lees to keep the wine fresh while also reducing the oak influence. There is no racking until final blending. Winemaker Chester Oborne undertakes an extensive barrel tasting process to determine the final blend.

100% Shiraz hand selected by winemaker Chester Osborn from the McLaren Vale
