Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange, please first contact online@obrienswine.ie or call 01 269 3139 to let us know your intention and how you wish to handle the return.
Orders can be shipped back to our warehouse at our head office (customers will have to cover the delivery fee).

Orders can be returned free of charge to any O’Briens store. See here for the full list of store locations. Please note: Your original confirmation email will be required as proof of sale in order for us to process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the card used in the transaction. Stores cannot refund orders in cash. It will take 7 days for your refund to be processed.

Is there a minimum order amount to shop online?
There is no minimum order when shopping with us online.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we have many gifting options to choose from. We have pre-made gift sets and gift vouchers available here. You can also include a personal message at the checkout stage, which will appear on a branded gift card in the parcel.
Where’s my order?
Your tracking number is issued via email when your order is shipped. You can track your parcel here: https://dpd.ie/tracking.
If you have any questions about delivery or would like to check the status of your order, please email online@obrienswine.ie. Be sure to include your order reference number in your inquiry.
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible - often within minutes - so there’s only a very short window in which we can cancel.
If you need to cancel your order, please email online@obrienswine.ie with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. However, if your order has already been picked or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please note our office is open 9am -5pm Monday to Friday and emails will be responded to during these hours.
Can I send goods to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland. Delivery costs €12.99 and is free for orders over €100.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days to return or exchange your order. Orders can be returned to our warehouse or free of charge to any O’Briens store (see the store locator here).
What do I do if my package hasn’t arrived or is damaged?
Contact us immediately at online@obrienswine.ie for assistance. We offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
