Bodegas Tinaha
Bodegas Tinaha
Jumilla, Spain

Tinaha Winery is a family project led by winemaker Lorenzo Boris, located on the north face of the Sierra de la Pila mountain in Murcia. “Tinaha” refers to wine aged in a jar, made without interference, rectification, or additives. It’s wine in its purest form, expressing itself freely.

The Bodega Tinaha project began with the recovery of old vines and has evolved into a producer of low-intervention, amphora-aged wines in the Jumilla region. Monastrell is the primary grape, the signature grape of the area, and well adapted to the region’s heat and low rainfall. The vineyards are farmed without chemicals, and the wines are aged in a combination of old and new amphorae, allowing for gentle maturation and authentic expression of the grape and terroir.
