Château de Jau is a historic family run estate in the Roussillon region of southern France, in the hands of the Dauré family who have taken the decision to take the vineyard in an ecological direction.
Château de Jau is located near the village of Jau in Roussillon, which is a sun-drenched wine region in the far south of France, bordered by the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. Château de Jau produces a range of wines from approachable everyday wines to more complex, age-worthy cuvées. The card bag-in-box 3 litre format contains the equivalent of four bottles that is easily recyclable and has a much lower carbon footprint than the equivalent volume in glass.
