Château Villa Bel-Air
Château Villa Bel-Air
Bordeaux, France

Château Villa Bel-Air is an estate in the Graves appellation of Bordeaux, owned by the family of Armand Ballande. It traces its history back to the 18th century and aims to make wines that exemplify all the finesse and complexity of Graves wines.

The estate lies in Saint-Morillon at the heart of Graves. The vineyards are on well-drained gravel soils, protected by surrounding pine forests and close to the moderating influence of the Garonne river. These are perfect conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Careful vinification allows fruit purity and terroir expression to shine, with maturation in French oak adding structure and finesse. Today, Château Villa Bel-Air produces both red and white wines, admired for their balance, freshness, and ability to age gracefully, embodying the authenticity and understated charm of Graves.
