Founded in 1760, Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne houses. Now under the watchful eye of cellar master Hervé Dantan, it is known for its elegant and fresh style, defined by notes of green apple, flowers and bright acidity.
Champagne Lanson has upheld traditional winemaking methods for over 260 years, crafting wines known for their purity and precision. Collaborating with growers across the Champagne region, the house carefully selects grapes to ensure consistent quality. In 2014, Lanson redesigned its winery to enable plot-by-plot vinification and introduced oak barrels to enhance the character of its reserve wines. The house is especially celebrated for its Black Label Brut, a benchmark of its distinctive style. Today, Lanson continues to produce Champagnes that elevate celebratory moments while also rewarding those who appreciate the finer details.
