The Symington family has been making wine in Portugal’s Douro Valley for over 130 years. A family of Scottish, English, and Portuguese heritage, the Symingtons own renowned Port houses including Graham’s, Dow’s, Warre’s, and Cockburn’s. Their vineyards span prime Douro sites, and sustainability is central to their ethos, including supporting rewilding projects in the Greater Côa Valley which has helped the Iberian lynx, wolves and many other species to thrive.
