Tucked away in the hills of the West Cork Gaeltacht, 9 White Deer Brewery is Ireland’s first fully gluten-free craft brewery. Their beers are brewed with tradition, passion, and a nod to modern needs. With a name inspired by local legend, 9 White Deer champions bold, flavourful beers made with care, and without compromise whether you're gluten-free or not.

Tasting Note

Stag Bán is a smooth and creamy Irish stout that offers all the richness you’d expect from a traditional stout, without the gluten. Pouring deep ruby-black with a tan head, it opens with aromas of roasted malt and bittersweet chocolate. On the palate, you’ll find soft notes of coffee, dark cocoa, and a touch of smoke, balanced by a clean, dry finish.
