Thoughtfully presented in a wicker hamper basket, our Taste of Spain Christmas hamper has been specially curated by us to showcase the very best produce from this much loved, diverse country. Working with Lynne Coyle, our Master of Wine, we are delighted to bring to you 4 interesting wines from Rioja, Navarra, Rías Baixas and Galicia along with a fabulous Cava from Catalonia.

To complement our fabulous wines, we have carefully selected a beautiful range of quality artisan products from across Spain. Created by passionate producers from Seville, Caceres, Murcia, Toledo and Jerez, their passion for producing great food, compliments our passion in identifying unique winemakers and partners who produce great wines for O’Briens.

This set contains:

• Marqués de Murrieta Rioja Reserva (red wine) - This Reserva is concentrated, layered and wonderfully rich, with aromas and flavours of strawberries, cranberries and redcurrant jam, along with thyme, laurel, pepper and Mediterranean herbs.
• Tandem Mácula (red wine) - This is a deep, powerful and elegant wine with a complex mix of black fruit, chocolate, raisin and more, featuring a firmly structured, long dry palate.
• Geal Albariño (white wine) - dry, refreshing and lightly textured white, with green fruit notes, a hint of white peach and a lingering salinity, making it an ideal wine for seafood.
• Gargalo Godello (white wine) - This Godello has aromas of lemon, peach and green apple, with hints of honey. It’s full-bodied and rounded, with notes of mandarin, peach and lemon.
• Canals Nadal Cava Brut Nature Reserva Organic (sparkling wine) - A brilliant pale gold, with aromas of baked apple, quince and peach. Hints of brioche follow, underpinned by ripe apple, peach and notes of hazelnut.
• Nunez de Prado Organic Olive Oil - From a family business who first produced in 1795. All oils are cold pressed to produce a distinctive fruit note and a spicy finish
• Finca La Barca Alioli with Smoked Olive Oil - A garlicky Spanish aioli made with oak smoked extra virgin olive oil from Toledo.
• La Chinata Blue Cheese & Truffle Cream - A delicious creamy dip & spread, lightly flavoured with truffle and blue cheese.
• Finca La Barca Reganas - Artisan sourdough crackers made with extra virgin olive oil, perfect for dunking, dipping and scooping.
• Antonio Tomas Valencian Paella Rice (P.D.O) - A Spanish paella rice from the fields of Valencia (P.D.O)

• Finca La Barca Chimichurri Salsa with Smoked Paprika - An Argentinian style salsa, perfect with barbequed or grilled meats for a spicy,herby kick.
