In Galicia in almost every village there is a cow named Cuca, so this wine is named in honour of the Galician love of the countryside. A 100% Albariño, it is hand harvested, with some of the vines aged forty- five years old, lees ageing in the cellar adds complexity.Tasting Note

The name is a homage to cows (vaca) commonly called cuca (cuckoo) in Spain's green northwestern region of Galicia. It's also a mouthwatering, succulent, peachy, citrus white with a saline tang. Perfect served ice cold. 90/100 Points.
