Description

The family-owned Astrolabe estate is known for crafting wine that are balanced and elegant and this is no exception. It’s an off-dry style of Riesling with fresh apple and lemon flavours and a crisp acidity. Extremely food friendly, it pairs well with everything from light poultry and fish dishes to fragrant and spicy fare.

Tasting Note

Ripe lemon and crisp apple flavours. The slight sweetness is balanced by zingy, fresh acidity on the long finish.
