Astrolabe Wines was founded by winemaker Simon Waghorn in 1996, and today it is family owned and operated, with two generations of the Waghorn family working together in Marlborough.A medium-bodied, slightly off dry expression of chenin blanc, with flavours of elderflower, green strawberry, apple and nectarine. The sweetness is balanced by bright acidity, and the slight spritziness adds a lift to the palate.
