The Schrapel family have been growing grapes in South Australia's Barossa Valley for over 150 years. The fruit for Bethany First Village Shiraz comes from vines grown in the foothills of the Barossa Ranges, where they catch cooling sea breezes during the hot summers. This helps retain fresh aromas and acidity to balance the plush red and blue fruit flavours on the palate. The fine-grained tannins are soft and silky from ageing in oak barrels.Product Reviews
