Description
Six generations of the Bougrier family have farmed the Loire Valley and produce some of our most popular wines. This Touraine Sauvignon is a real gem and is a great one to try if you’re a fan of Sancerre. It comes from select vineyard plots and is aged on the fine lees which adds a rich complexity that rounds out a palate full of lime and grapefruit flavours. Dry and crisp, it makes an excellent aperitif.Tasting Note
Offers a lovely round mouthfeel on the mid-palate and finish due to the extended lees ageing. Good acidity and a taught chalky minerality complement the ripe lime and grapefruit flavours on the long finish.Product Reviews
