It was bottled in 2014 after more than 20 years of aging in American oak barrels and almost six years of rest in concrete tanks. Tasting Note
Subtle nose at first, although it gradually opens up until it develops some nuances of mushrooms and verbena tea. On the palate it is powerful and elegant, with excellent acidity and great length, volume and sharpness, with a mineral touch and an umami finish.Product Reviews
