Located just across the river from Sancerre, Caves de Pouilly is a group of small growers who came together to produce tremendously good quality and value Pouilly-Fumé.With soft citrus and stone fruit aromatics and a typical chalky mineral note that defines the Pouilly-Fumé region. The palate is silky with delicious lime, gooseberry, chalky minerality and a touch of tropical and stone fruits. A long satisfying finish with good refreshing acidity.
