Domaine Chanson is based in Beaune and has been producing Burgundy wines since 1750. Now owned by Champagne Bollinger, the Domaine has benefited from sustained investment in both vineyard and cellar, with quality improving noticeably in recent years.
Fourchaumes is one of Chablis' most respected Premier Cru sites. Located at the northern border of the Grands Crus area on the right bank of the Serein River, its Kimmeridgian soils are the same ancient limestone and fossilised oyster shell geology that defines the finest Chablis. That mineral character is the hallmark of the wine. The east facing exposure adds a degree of ripeness that gives the wine body without sacrificing the tension Chablis demands.

Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
