Chanson's Clos Gauthey is a premier cru, and this vintage produced wines of lovely floral fragrances and beautiful fruit expression. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also reward another 3-4 years cellaring. This is a perfect wine for game dishes such as duck breast with cherry sauce, or mushroom-based dishes.
