"One of the best Haut-Bages Libérals I've tasted from barrel. Perfumed blackcurrants, quite dark and true to form with a gorgeous perfume. Aromatics are great. Juicy and crisp, sleek and svelte, definitely quite streamlined but with such soft, velvety tannins that give grip but support the vibrant fruit so well. I love this. Really very classic, muscular but gentle with purity and focus. Hard to explain but this is great, maybe quite light and not layered enough, but there’s such complex flavours and aromas. And the acidity is excellent. A very friendly wine that will be easy to approach. Half gravelly soil, half limestone with 50% chalk on Cabernet – really rare for a cru classé. 1% Petit Verdot completes the blend. 3.56pH. A yield of 32hl/ha."

2. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for your order. Please disregard any reference to shipping/delivery in these automated emails. We will contact you as soon as your wines arrive in 2028 – the delivery cost is included in the price you pay today.
3. In the summer of 2028, you will be invoiced for the Excise Duty and VAT on the excise duty.*
4. The 2025 wines will be bottled and released by the Châteaux in the summer of 2028, and will then be shipped to your preferred location in Ireland.
*In compliance with Irish tax laws, VAT on the wine is payable now and included in the case price of your wine (currently 23%). Duty will be charged at the rate set by Revenue when wines arrive in the country (currently €3.19 per bottle) and duty will also be subject to VAT. For estimation purposes the current Excise Duty rates in Ireland are €3.19 per bottle (€19.14 per 6 bottle case) plus 23% VAT. If the rate of VAT changes before your wines arrive, there may also be a small balance due or owed on the original case price.
No minimum order and if you spend €100 or more we'll deliver your order for free anywhere in Ireland.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
