The Gérard Bertrand Cigalus Twin Set brings together two of southern France’s most impressive biodynamic wines. This pair showcases the full-bodied richness of Cigalus Red and the elegant complexity of Cigalus White.

Cigalus Red is a seven-grape blend, led by Cabernet and Merlot, with Syrah and Grenache in there too. It brims with complex notes of black fruits, plum and a warming cedar spice.

Cigalus White is a fascinating blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This combination works like a dream with an enticing mix of nut, pear, grapefruit, peach and cream

Tasting Note

Cigalus red shows very ripe black fruit and spice with a lush palate and velvet tannins. The white has notes of fresh fruit and a buttery tip, with hints of white flowers, a hint of toast and tension on the finish.
