This gift set pairs Crémant de Bourgogne Mancey with four handcrafted Alfajores from Gorditas Patisserie in Dublin. The Crémant is a sparkling wine from Burgundy, made with a blend of Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir with notes of brioche, ripe fruit, and refreshing lemon acidity.
Gorditas craft each of the alfajores by hand, filling buttery cookies with dulce de leche and coating them in Belgian chocolate. The set includes four flavours: Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Caramelized White Chocolate.
