Croser was established by Brian Croser with the belief that the right vineyard location could make top quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sparkling wines. With vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, Croser NV is made in the traditional method with some of the wine fermented in oak barrique to add richness and complexity.Tasting Note
It shows a fine bead of creamy mousse, this wine offers distinctive red strawberry fruit flavours from the Pinot Noir, married to the nectarine, cashew and biscuity flavours from the Chardonnay and lees ageing.Product Reviews
