Description

A whiskey ten years in the making, this Single Malt has been patiently matured in a careful marriage of Bourbon, Port, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Triple distilled in copper pot stills, it has developed a layered complexity shaped not only by wood and time, but also by the unique coastal microclimate of Dingle. Here, the Atlantic air and shifting weather conditions influence every cask, ensuring individuality in each expression.

Tasting Note

NOSE: Rich Waves of dark fruits and stewed plums. TASTE: Lusciously layered with gingernut biscuits and decadent Black Forest gateau. FINISH: Smooth butterscotch, delicate orange blossom and evolving fruity spices.
