Named after the summer solstice, Grianstad an tSamhraidh is the seventh release in Dingle's Celtic Wheel of the Year Series. A limited edition single pot still whiskey, it has has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks before a long finish in American Rye casks. Aromas of freshly cut hay, sweet toffee and a hint of spice are all present, leading to flavours of honey, toasted vanilla spice and a peppery, liquorice finish.Product Reviews
