Description

This limited‑edition single malt from Dingle Distillery is the fourth release in their Wheel of the Year Series, celebrating the traditions of the Lúnasa harvest festival. Matured in bourbon casks, finished in Widow Jane bourbon barrels and bottled at 50.5% ABV. Presented in a well-designed and sturdy box that would make it an ideal gift.

Tasting Note

Nose: Ripe red berries, warm salted caramel tart, lemon sherbet and creamy butter fudge. Palate: Barley sugar with a pinch of spice, Bakewell tart, hints of dark chocolate laced with raspberries and creamy butter toffee. Finish: Ginger and spice create a warm glow which dissipates leaving dark fruits and caramel notes.
