This elegant wine is made by James and Catherine Kinglake, who create wines from organically grown Chardonnay grapes. (The '11300' on the label refers to the postcode of the Limoux region this wine comes from). Zesty and aromatic with apple and pear notes, complemented by just a touch of oak, it makes a great aperitif.Tasting Note
