Previously only available at Drumshanbo's Shed Distillery, this very special whiskey is now on sale to the general public with just 7,200 bottles released. It's an award-winner too, having been recognised at the Irish Whiskey Awards 2023 in the 'Single Pot Still Whiskey (11 years and younger)' category. Time maturing in Pinot Noir casks from Burgundy has added summer fruit notes to this elegant single pot still whiskey.

Tasting Note

Rich and extravagant with aromatic warm pot spice, vanilla and red fruit aromas. Complex and fully balanced, a glorious marriage of pot still spice, summer fruits and lightly toasted oak notes.
