Description

South Africa’s Elgin Ridge is a boutique, family-run winery, farming their estate by organic practices. This, their sleek and silky 282 Pinot Noir, is bright ruby in colour with delicious fruit notes and a refreshing acidity.

Tasting Note

A raspberry and dark cherry fruit core and a welcoming floral scent. On the palate, the acidity adds an uplifting freshness to the ripe cherry fruit flavours. The texture is silky with well-integrated juicy tannins and a long finish.
