100% Syrah, this is an elegant and complex wine, offering aromas of redcurrant, overlaid by black olive tapenade, white pepper and violets. The palate is silky smooth and mineral-laden, expect cool dark berry fruit flavours, white truffle and a pleasing smoke and baking spice complexity from the 18 months ageing in highest quality French oak barrels.
