Fire & 5th was created by Dublin founders Mary and Aonghus Maguire with a clear ambition: to build a non-alcoholic spirit that doesn't imitate but stands entirely on its own. It's one of the most distinctive entries in the no and low alcohol category, built around flavour and sensation rather than mimicry.
Mint, Cardamom & Blackberry is a quieter expression than the Chilli & Blood Orange, but no less considered. Cooling mint and aromatic cardamom set the tone, while blackberry brings a deep, natural sweetness and rosemary adds a grounding, herbal note. Pink peppercorn and lemon keep things lively, and honey rounds out the blend with a gentle softness. It's vegan, gluten free, and free from artificial flavours, sweeteners, or colourings.
Just add tonic water: for the perfect drink at home, simply pour 35ml of Fire & 5th Mint, Cardamom & Blackberry over ice in a lowball glass and top up with a premium tonic water. Garnish with a lemon slice. Each bottle makes up to 20 drinks.
